After A Collision

Your auto insurance can pay for therapy.
Fear on the road, nightmares and poor sleep are common after a crash, and they’re treatable. Auto insurance often covers therapy after a collision, wherever you live in Canada. In Alberta, it depends on when the collision happened.
- Collisions before 2027
- Accident benefits (Section B) cover medical and rehabilitation care of up to $50,000 within two years.
- From January 1, 2027
- Under Care-First, you claim care through your own insurer, whoever caused the collision.
- Wherever you are
- We handle the reports and keep your insurer updated, so you can focus on getting well.
New In Alberta
Care-First puts recovery first. So do we.
From January 1, 2027, anyone hurt in a collision in Alberta claims care through their own insurer, whoever caused it. Mental health care related to the collision is included. We help you line up the first assessment, then provide the approved therapy and keep your insurer updated.

Our Name
Named for a place where people came to heal.
The story of Bethesda is about a pool where people came to get well, and a man who waited there for years with no one to help him in. That still feels familiar.
We started Bethesda Therapy so nobody has to wait that long for care. That’s why we answer late into the evening, start with a free call, and handle the paperwork with your auto insurer after a collision.
