Our Name

Named for a place of healing.

The story of Bethesda is about a pool where people came to get well.

In the story, one man had waited for years, with no one to help him into the water. Many people know that feeling: wellness seems out of reach, and help seems to be for someone else.

Our name is a promise that it doesn’t have to be that way. Healing is here.

What We Believe

How we show up for you.

Unconditional positive regard

You’ll be met with respect and without judgment, every session.

The whole person

We look at your whole life and work with your natural supports, not one symptom in isolation.

Easy to reach

Evening hours, virtual sessions, a free first call and help with insurance.

Evidence-based

Methods grounded in research, with progress you can see.

Culturally responsive

Care that respects your culture, faith, language and lived experience.

Trauma-informed

Safety, choice and trust come first. Our team is trained in suicide intervention.

Experience

Our team has walked alongside many communities.

Our clinicians have worked with marginalized communities, people living with addictions, people experiencing homelessness, people with disabilities, survivors of abuse, at-risk youth, people who have offended and people living with diagnosed mental health conditions.

That experience shapes how we listen, and how we build healthy coping skills with each client.
