Auto insurance
For collisions before 2027, accident benefits (Section B). From January 1, 2027, Care-First. Once your plan is approved, we bill your insurer directly.
Extended health benefits
Many workplace and private plans cover counselling or psychotherapy. You get a receipt after every session to submit to your plan.
Health spending accounts & EAPs
Spending accounts often cover therapy. Some employee assistance programs fund a set number of sessions; ask your employer.

Check Your Plan
Questions to ask your insurer.
Coverage depends on your plan and on your therapist’s credentials. Before your first session, it helps to ask:
- Does my plan cover counselling or psychotherapy with a Canadian Certified Counsellor or Registered Psychotherapist?
- How much is covered per session, and per year?
- Do I need a doctor’s referral?
- How do I submit receipts?
Policies

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, are charged in full.
How do I pay?
By card, through our secure booking system. We send our full policies when you book your first session.
Do you offer reduced fees?
Students pay $100 per session, and group therapy is $80 per session.
